Securely place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into their original eco-friendly packaging.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
